Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Certain health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send returned items to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items with visible signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, games, software, or similar media

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may apply).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after the return is received.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.
